Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We can talk you through the process and arrange a commitment free consultation with our team. During the initial meeting we will listen to your ideas and vision, and give some initial ideas and suggestions on how to best achieve this within your allocated budget. Following this meeting we will send you a proposal and fee quotation.

design Development

This is a vital part of the process. Before any works can begin on site, we will meet with you several times to develop the brief, producing a full drawing package and specification schedules; culminating in the construction scope of works, budget and timeline. Any required planning applications and notifications will also happen in this period. Once you are happy with the proposal and the budget, both parties sign the contract and work on site can begin.

Construction

We understand that efficient project management is key to ensuring that a build project is successful in achieving all time and budget targets; whilst rigorously maintaining our exacting levels of quality and finish to even the smallest detail. Our cloud based management software enables us to track every detail seamlessly and efficiently, and allows clear and transparent communication between all parties. Our experienced site foremen will track and communicate all of the day to day tasks, events and reports, even down to the weather, to create a detailed log of the progress and ensure all targets are being maintained. Weekly site meetings with the full team ensure that everything is on track and any issues are dealt wth efficiently as they arise. We strongly believe that clear and honest communication is one of the qualities that sets us apart, and is the reason behind our many happy repeat clients.

Completion and aftercare

With every final detail checked off and perfected, the completed project is handed over to you. At this point we will provide you with a full operating and maintenance manual for your property, with details of all systems, appliances and guarantees. After the main build is complete, there will usually be a retention period while the house settles and any little quirks are perfected and ironed out. It is only at the end of this period that the final invoice is paid.
